🏷️ Community Yard Sale Rules & Guidelines
To keep this event safe and family-friendly for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

✅ Items You MAY Sell:
Gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories
Household items & décor
Toys, books, and games
Small furniture
Baby items (must meet current safety standards)
Tools, lawn & garden items
Handmade crafts
Baked goods (must be properly packaged)

🚫 Items NOT Allowed:
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind
Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping products
Illegal items or counterfeit goods
Recalled or unsafe baby equipment (ex: drop-side cribs)
Hazardous materials (chemicals, gasoline, fireworks, etc.)
Live animals

📌 Additional Guidelines:
Vendor fee is $20 per site
Setup begins at 6:00 AM
Sale begins at 7:00 AM
Bring your own tables, chairs, and setup
Vendors are responsible for their own pricing & cash handling
Keep your area clean — remove all unsold items and trash
Be respectful of other vendors and shoppers
Agree to rules and regulations set forth on what you can sell in the yard sale
