Please select which day you would like to commit to set up at the market. No call no show of a committed day will result In participation of future markets to be revoked.

Market: This Market emphasizes products that are Texas or locally produced, and farm, garden, or artisan in nature. Products must be approved before market opening day by coordinator. To ensure that everybody has a successful day at market and to ensure that we have market diversity, there will be a limit to the number of people in each category. To be considered for any spot in the market; all required registration and fees must be paid by MAY 31, 2026. If multiple vendors are interested in selling the same product on the same day, an alternating schedule will be established.

Vendor Fee: $35.00 for the season, Due to Nicole Chavez By MAY 31,2026. Must be paid in cash or via VENMO: @farmersplusmakers

Fee and application must be turned in by May 31,2026 so all the necessary information can be gathered and vendor spots assigned.

Set Up: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM - FOR MARKETS STARTING AT 10AM

4:00 PM - 5:30 PM - FOR MARKETS STARTING AT 6PM

MUST BE READY TO SELL AND SET UP BY START OF MARKET

Location: Wanda Klause Center City Park - Borger, TX (Entrance On north Main Street, across from Jim's Diamond Shop)

Setup: You are required to provide your own set up, booth, materials, sign, payment processing, products and anything you need to make your time at market successful. Must be set up and ready for customers by the time market opens.

Assumption of Risks and Release: In exchange for participation in the activity of Farmers + Makers Market - Borger, TX organized by Nicole Chavez, and/or use of the property, facilities and services of Nicole Chavez, I,blanks* agree for myself and employees of my business, to the following:

I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself, property, and (if applicable) employees of my business, and further release and discharge Nicole Chavez for any liability, injury, loss or damage arising out of my use of or presence upon the facilities of Farmers + Makers Market, whether caused by the fault of myself, or other third parties.
