  • Three blasts of an air horn = emergency evacuation procedure.  Meet at muster point located in jobsite parking lot.

  • 1. Has a review of the Emergency Response/Project Site Plot Plan been completed?*

  • 100% tie-off is required for work above six-feet.

  • 2. Has the 6 foot fall protection requirement been explained to the visitor?*

  • Review today's jobsite hazards and sign-off on the PSI (located on the wall next to the entry door) before entering the jobsite.

  • 3. Has the Pre-Job Safety Instruction (PSI) program been explained and reviewed with the visitor?*
  • 4. All visitors are required to remain with your assigned escort at all times while on site. Acknowledge your understanding of this requirement below.*
