Program Details

The USHJA is pleased to offer grants to eligible USHJA Affiliate Organizations to support their membership through banquets, clinics, or educational events. The grants will be awarded on a first come, first serve merit basis to be determined by the USHJA. USHJA will evaluate each grant application individually.

Funding may only be used to support educational clinics/events or banquet support.
Funding may be scaled at USHJA discretion to recognize those who have been affiliated with USHJA two or more years to a maximum of $500, and to those affiliated for less than two years to a maximum of $250. This grant will not exceed $500.

To be eligible for this grant, applicants must meet the requirements, and complete the application. Grant applications are accepted from January 1, 2026, to October 15, 2026, and will be reviewed upon receipt until the deadline. All applications will be reviewed and a notice of the USHJA's decision will be sent within 30 days.

Requirements
1. Applicant must be a recorded representative of a USHJA Recognized Affiliate Organization.
2. Current USHJA Affiliate Organization in good standing.
3. Affiliate Organization must be a not-for-profit entity.

Please note, grant recipients may be required to submit an expense log including proof of payment. This grant may not be used to reimburse USEF or USHJA membership fees. All reimbursement documentation must be submitted no later then November 30, 2026. Unused funds will be forfeited.
