White Fly Outfitters Liability Release Form Guided Fishing

In signing this agreement, I Hereby release White Fly Outfitters, The Anglers Inn, their officers, employees, owners, and sponsors( herein referred to as the Outfitter, etc.) from all damages, claims, demands, costs or expenses relating to injury of participating in, or in connection with this fishing adventure. I understand that participating in this fishing adventure, I may cause or sustain injury including, but not limited to: loss of life, loss of limbs, paralysis, coma, loss of mental functions, loss of sight/hearing, loss of speech/touch, dehydration, hypothermia, frostbite, sun stroke, and all other injuries that may be caused in a boating accident, fishing, and/or exposure to the elements. I further release the Outfitter etc., for all damages relating to adverse weather conditions while participating in their fishing services. It is my responsibility to seek safety should adverse and/or unforeseen weather conditions occur prior to, during or after the fishing adventure.

I further agree that I will never sue the Outfitter etc., for damages on account of any injury, death, or damage I suffer or cause, whether known or which may develop in the future. In the event that the Outfitter, etc. are sued because of my actions , I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the Outfitter etc. harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court costs and attorney fees, arising with respect to such actions. I understand that in waiving the rights to sue the Outfitter etc. I am also waiving the rights of recovery from the Outfitter etc., of my insurance carrier for any claims they may have on my behalf.

I grant permission to the Outfitter, etc. To utilize any fishing/boating related photographic or video files, data or film taken of me during this trip for use in websites, videos brochures, magazines or other advertising media.

By my signature that I have read this liability release and agree to abide by all regulations, and release the Outfitter, etc., from any decisions.

White Fly Outfitters and all White Fly Outfitters employees are not liable in the transmission of Covid19

By signing below, Client confirms that they have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. Client understands that this is a release of liability and that they are giving up certain legal rights by signing. If the undersigned is making this booking on behalf of other participants, they certify that all participants have been informed of and agree to these terms and conditions, and that each participant assumes the same risks described herein.

Each participant will sign their own Liability Release Form so they may be able to attend.
