  • Why do we offer shared accommodation?

    In the core value of humanity stands community! Sharing a space with a kindred spirit is incredibly valuable when allowing healing to happen. You will be surprised how alone you can feel when being surrounded by people, yet all are silent. Solitude during a silent retreat is not recommended.

  • Dietary requirements

    This retreat is peanut-free, cow-dairy-free, onion-free, meat-free, and gluten-free. If you know of any other dietary requirements that apply to you, please let us know here. Our chef specializes in catering to people with dietary sensitivities and has worked in wellbeing retreats for over two decades. Please share all that might be of your concern; your body’s health depends on it.

    Our meals are based on Ayurvedic and Sattvik principles.

  • What you do need?

    • A reusable water bottle. Ideally, not plastic
    • Comfortable clothing to attend any of the provided classes
    • Any prescription medication
      (Please advise us if you take any, the name and dosage, and rhythm)
    • If you know of allergies, you must carry your own Epi Pen.
    • Personal hygiene products such as body-wash, hair-wash etc.
    • 1 wind blocker or other thick jacket to stay warm during the evening activities
    • Outdoor shoes/ hikers to roam around the property and bushland
    • Indoor slippers or think non-slip socks for around the house
    • Swimsuit if the weather permits + pool towel

  • What's next?

    Hit the "apply" button, and we will be in touch to organize a video call. Once we eliminate all uncertainties and you are ready to join the retreat, we will send you an invoice. You can either pay the full sum or put down a 25% deposite.

    If you opt for the for a 25% deposit, a second invoice with the remaining amount will be sent April 20th, and will have to be paid within 48 hours after receiving the invoice. If the full payment is not received 48 hrs after the second invoice, your slot will be given to the next in line, and you will receive an automated refund of 80% of your initial deposit.
