    Meals are served in fine chafers with stainless steel serving utensils, fresh flowers & linen. Servers will set up, maintain, serve, and breakdown everything! Servers will assist guests in plating and menu/ingredient explanation for a period of 1.5 hours from "ready to serve" time, as provided by the client
