Thank you for your interest in this year's Presentation Event! This year we have 2 options for your participation: Sunday, March 1 over Zoom or Saturday, March 7 in-person at Creekside Community Church, 951 Macarthur Blvd, San Leandro.
Pick a date, and then use this form to register for one of the 10 presentation types. If you are in a group or team presentation, submit this form only once per presentation, not once per individual.
Please review the Presentation Manual for summaries of the presentation types and other useful info.
On this form, you will choose to attend the virtual event between 4:30-7pm on Sunday, March 1 OR attend the in-person event in San Leandro on March 7 from 12:00-4:00pm. On March 7, the schedule will be as follows:
12:00-12:30pm Check-in
12:30-12:45pm Opening Welcome and Instructions in Community Room
1:00-3:00pm Presentations or Interviews in Classrooms / Community Room
3:15-3:45pm Award Distribution and Closing Comments in Community Room
About a week before the event, you will receive an email containing your room assignment, your Zoom meeting link (if applicable), important reminders and tips, and the list of presenters in your room. You will present in the order on that list.

You may use poster boards and props (if the category permits these) or use digital slides and share your screen. This updated Presentation Manual contains a few tips for presenting virtually.
VISUAL AIDS for In-Person Event
You may use poster boards and props (if the category permits these) or use digital slides. There will be a projector and white board available for use in the classroom. If using slides, you will need to bring your own laptop and all necessary cords and adapters to connect it to the projector.
Evaluators will enter their scores and comments digitally, and you will be emailed a PDF of your scores and comments after the event. Certificates and pins will be given out during the Closing Ceremony on March 7.
