Dear Art/Craft Vendor:
The Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival will be held May 21st-24th, 2026, in Pineville, KY. As always, we are excited about your consideration to participate in this exciting event. Quality arts and crafts are always welcome.
Please be sure to read the entire application as SEVERAL changes have been made! All vendors, profit or nonprofit, MUST have a Kentucky Sales Tax Permit to be produced upon arrival. Please provide a list of items you intend to sell when returning the application. Booths are set in spaces assigned and reserved by KMLF around the Court House Square. Trailers, campers, and vehicles are NOT permitted on the courthouse lawn. Please note that there is little shade and no weather protection down at the courthouse lawn. The festival colors are pink and green, we encourage you to emphasize those colors in your set up. ALL spaces are 10’x10’ (a funeral size tent would require two spaces).
When you arrive, please check in with the Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival Vendors Committee located on the corner of Kentucky Ave and Pine St. Check-in and set up time is after 5:00 pm Wednesday evening. We will start setting up after all cars have been moved from the courthouse square at the end of business on Wednesday. THERE WILL BE NO LATE SET UP PERMITTED as it is too hard to get vehicles on and off the square after our vendors have already started setting up on Wednesday evening. All booths are expected to remain operational from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Thursday and Friday and from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Saturday. If you will be lodging outside of Pineville, we advise you to return to your tent at 8:00 am Saturday morning because the town entrances will be blocked off for the 5K Fun Run and Gala parade. Because there is afternoon entertainment after the parade on Saturday, we expect booths to remain operational through 6:00 pm Saturday evening. There will be a street dance on Saturday evening from 9:00 pm until midnight, so you may choose to stay later but all booths must be shut down by midnight.
As a disclaimer, please note that KMLF or any of its staff will NOT be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen articles or any injuries that may occur. Please complete the attached registration form and return no later than March 8th, 2026. Should your application not be accepted, you will be notified via your preferred method of contact as soon as possible. Please note: ALL applications have a deadline of March 8th. Any application received after that will not be considered.
Throughout your participation with the festival, appropriate KMLF staff will be available
to assist you with any related needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please do
not hesitate to contact the KMLF office.
We look forward to hosting you at the 2026 Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival.
Sincerely,
KMLF Vendors Committee
