Ghana & Senegal Cultural Heritage Tour
Travel Planner Agreement Form
For Beyond the Return Travel and Tours, LLC to perform the services required to plan and arrange your customized Ghana and Senegal cultural heritage tour between December 3-20, 2026, a Travel Planner Fee of $300 per adult is required. The fee is non-refundable. Planning a trip consumes a lot of time and attention. Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC has over 21 years of personal and professional experience traveling within and around Ghana.
Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC will research hotels, tourist attractions, and other travel industry suppliers to meet your specific needs. Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC will contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries for those traveling. We will work with you to ensure you are familiar with the necessary documents, medical vaccinations, and information required for the trip (e.g., US Passport, Ghana Visa, Senegal Visa, Yellow Fever Vaccination) via regularly scheduled Zoom Video Calls and/or direct messaging. As Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC finalizes the itinerary for this trip, a weblink will be provided to keep you aware of all confirmations, key dates, etc.
The Travel Planner Fee allows Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC to begin researching, coordinating, and designing your customized Ghana and Senegal itinerary. Once your final payment has been received, confirmed arrangements may include hotels, transportation, guides, internal airfare, and selected experiences in Ghana and Senegal.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required before final travel documents are released.
The Travel Planner Fee of $300 received by Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC is your initial commitment for the company to begin planning your trip. Projected package pricing is expected to fall within the $4,500–$5,500 per person range, depending on hotel category, internal airfare, private services, and selected experiences. This includes:
- Ground Transportation
- Welcome Dinner
- Departure Dinner
- Private airport transfers
- Professional English-speaking guides
- Select Ghana and Senegal tours
- Internal Ghana–Senegal flight estimate or coordination
- Birthday celebration planning
- Wedding-day transportation placeholder, if needed

- Yellow Fever Immunization Fee

All plans arranged through Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC intend to offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning group travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well-planned trip. No additional individuals will be allowed to join the group who have not been approved or vetted by Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC.
