In order for Beyond the Return Travel and Tours, LLC to perform the services required to plan and arrange your trip to Ghana, West Africa from December 21, 2026 to January 1, 2027 for the From Roots to Renewal: Ghana 2026-27 Trip, a Travel Planner Fee of $300 per adult and $150 per child (12 and under) is required. The fee is non-refundable. Planning a trip consumes a lot of time and attention. Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC will research airlines, hotels, tourist attractions and other travel industry suppliers to meet the specific needs identified by the group. Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC will contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries for those traveling. We will work with you to ensure you are familiar with the necessary documents, medical vaccinations, and information required for the trip (e.g., US Passport, Ghana Visa, Yellow Fever Vaccination) via regularly scheduled Zoom Video Calls and/or direct messaging. The Travel Planner Fee allows Beyond The Return Travel and Tours, LLC to secure you a seat for this trip. Once your final payment has been received, we will book hotel reservations via Group accommodations with our preferred hotel in Ghana.
