Essay Question

Life has a way of challenging our character; and can take us through circumstances that greatly impact our lives. Many of our experiences parallel to the lives of men and women in the Bible. Humility, servitude, wisdom, courage, and so much more are characteristics of many biblical individuals. In detail, give an example of how your experiences have shaped your character. Choose your favorite character in the Bible and explain how their characteristics connect with you as a person. How are you and your Bible character of choice similar? How can you strive to better exhibit biblical characteristics?

The final phase of the application process is the in-person interview. The interviews will take place during our jurisdiction's Annual Purity Day on April 11, 2026, at Dominion Church of God in Christ in San Antonio, Texas. You will be sent an email to select your interview appointment once your application is received.
