The Felicia’s Heart Scholarship Fund operates on a trauma-informed quarterly cycle to honor the realities of transition, healing, and educational progress. We recognize that women, families, and students move forward at different paces, so our application windows are designed to provide both flexibility and steady, dependable access to support.

Spring Cycle
February 1 – March 31
Summer Cycle
May 1 – June 30
Fall Cycle
August 1 – September 30
Winter Cycle
November 1 – December 31
Applications must accompany proof of school acceptance or attendance for education assistance; housing approval and income verification for housing transition assistance, and at least one letter of recommendation.
All complete applications submitted during each cycle are reviewed together, and recipients are notified shortly after the cycle closes.
This approach allows applicants to apply when they are ready—without unnecessary pressure—while ensuring timely, consistent scholarship awards that support stability, education, and forward momentum.
