    • Alterations Policy

Our goal is always to deliver garments that fit beautifully the first time. When measurements are submitted using our measurement guide, we rarely run into fit issues.

If a tailoring error occurs on our end, for example a missed detail, incorrect sleeve length, or similar production mistake, we will absolutely take responsibility. In those cases, we will either cover the cost of the necessary adjustment or help coordinate a solution to correct the issue.

However, we’re not able to cover alterations that result from factors outside of production. This includes things like:

      • Incorrect measurements submitted
      • Body changes after measurements are taken (weight change, pregnancy, etc.)
      • Personal fit preferences after delivery (wanting a tighter or looser fit, style changes, etc.)

In those situations, we’re always happy to help recommend a tailor or guide you on the best way to adjust the garment, but alteration costs would be handled by the client.
