Thank you for your interest in this year's Interview Event!
On this form, you will choose to interview during a 20-minute time slot on March 1 over Zoom or March 7 in-person at Creekside Community Church, 951 Macarthur Blvd, San Leandro.
On March 7, the schedule will be as follows:
12:00-12:30pm Check-in
12:30-12:45pm Opening Welcome and Instructions in Community Room
1:00-3:00pm Presentations or Interviews in Classrooms / Community Room
3:15-3:45pm Award Distribution and Closing Comments in Community Room
About a week before the event, you will receive an email that will contain your Zoom link (if applicable) and important reminders and tips.
Here is the California 4-H Interview Contest Manual for your reference. When you register, you will pick a job to interview for. The job descriptions can be found here.
IMPORTANT: You must send your resume and cover letter by Feb 25 to Jolene La at jodennis@gmail.com. If you do not send these documents in advance, you will not be allowed to interview on March 1 or 7.
Evaluators will enter their scores and comments digitally, and you will be emailed a PDF of your scores and comments after the event. Certificates will be given out at the Closing Ceremony on March 7.
