Car Show Entry Agreement: Follow all event rules and staff instructions. Arrive during designated load-in times. Remain parked for the full duration of the show unless otherwise approved. Display vehicle and merch only!

Vendor fees are non-refundable once accepted. You are responsible for your own equipment, supplies, and staffing. Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. You agree to operate during all required event hours.
Payment & Next Steps: Upon approval, vendors will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions. Your space is not secured until payment is received in full.
