    "United We Ring" provides your company with the perfect opportunity to showcase your products and services. The conference schedule includes plenty of time for shopping.

    Please complete this JotForm so the Area 8 staff know of your intent to be a vendor. All equipment reservations and applicable fees must be made through this JotForm by May 1, 2026.

    Vendors share the same secure area as the massed-ringing rehearsals and the closing concert.

    Exhibit hours:

    OPTIONAL OPENING: Thursday, June 18, 4:00 – 7:00 pm

    For those wishing to sell during the optional Thursday shopping time, Vendor load-in is Thursday, June 18, 9:00—11:00 am.

    All other vendors will load-in on Thursday, June 18, from 1:00 – 5:00 pm.

    Load-out for vendors is Saturday, June 20, 4:30 – 6:30 pm.

    Vendor rates are as follows:

    All full booths include black pipe and black drape, a 6’ or 8’ table with linen, 2 chairs, and 1 trash can
    $10 6-foot table
    $15 8-foot table
    $25 Standard electrical outlet (per outlet)
    $25 Wireless internet access
    $100 Hardwired internet access

    Additional needs, such as audio visual or shipping packages much be arranged with the Conference Center.

    Vendors will receive concert passes, but will need to purchase meal tickets for Festival events. The link to purchase meal tickets and t-shirts will be in our confirmation email.

    If renting a booth isn't suitable for your needs this year, we have an additional display-only option. You can showcase or display your products and services without selling items by renting a 6-foot table for display purposes only. This table will not be in a locked space, but will receive a lot of foot traffic on the way to meals and other festival events.

    You can also take advantage of our advertising opportunities: have your logo on the Festival bag, provide an item for the bag, or become a donor or sponsor. Use this form https://form.jotform.com/A8T/area-8-2026-festival-advert to make your selection.

    Please reserve your booth or display table by May 1, 2026, to be shown on the venue map. You can do so by completing this vendor registration form.

    All Festival activities are at the La Vista Hotel & Conference Center, 12520 Westport Pkwy, La Vista, NE 68128 • 402-331-7400.

    Block room rates are $249/night, with free parking, and must be booked by May 27th to receive the reduced rate.

  • Area 8 events are held in public places where video or photography may take place and be published through various media. If you or any member of your company have concerns regarding this, or if you will have youth under the age of 18 at your booth, please notify an Area 8 board member during load-in on June 18. 

  • The standard booth is 8'x10' with 1 (ONE) 6' OR 1 (ONE) 8' table, and 2 chairs.
