HNY Lux Co Portraits – Terms & Conditions Agreement
By booking and signing below, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by HNY Lux Co Portraits (“Photographer”).
1. Services Provided
HNY Lux Co Portraits agrees to provide photography services on the agreed-upon date, time, and location confirmed at booking. Session type, duration, and deliverables will be outlined in the booking details selected by the Client.
2. Booking, Payment & Deposits
• A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure the session date and time.
• The remaining balance is due no later than the start of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Images will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
• Failure to submit payment may result in session cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the session may reschedule once, based on availability.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on Photographer availability.
4. Late Arrival Policy
• Clients are expected to arrive on time.
• Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals.
• If the Client is more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled with no refund.
5. Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions)
• Outdoor sessions are weather-permitting.
• In the event of unsafe or unfavorable weather, the Photographer will work with the Client to reschedule.
• Weather decisions are made at the Photographer’s discretion.
6. Travel Fees
A travel fee may apply for locations outside of the Photographer’s standard service area and will be communicated prior to booking.
7. Image Editing & Delivery
• Edited images will be delivered digitally within 1–2 weeks of the session date.
• Editing style is consistent with HNY Lux Co Portraits’ signature aesthetic and creative vision.
• RAW/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.
8. Copyright & Image Usage
• HNY Lux Co Portraits retains full copyright ownership of all images.
• The Client receives a personal-use license for printing and sharing on personal platforms.
• Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Liability & Personal Property
• HNY Lux Co Portraits is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session.
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and children at all times.
10. Data Loss / Equipment Failure
In the unlikely event of image loss due to technical malfunction, theft, or unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of all payments made. No additional damages may be claimed.
