A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due before or at the time of setup.

📜 Policies & Important Information

• All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

• Setup time must be respected. Delays in access may affect the final setup.

• We are not responsible for decor once setup is complete and client has accepted the setup.

• Rental items must be returned within 24–48 hours or additional fees may apply.

• Any damages to rental items will be charged to the client.
