ART SUBMISSION GUIDELINES - WINTER WONDERS & THE GIFT OF ART EXHIBIT:
DEADLINES AND DATES:
Submission Deadline: Saturday, Nov 21st by 11pm
Artist Notified by: November 26th
Dropoff artwork: Wednesday December 2nd, between 1pm - 4pm
Artist Reception: Friday, December 4th from 5pm - 7pm
Exhibit Dates: Dec 4 - Jan 30, 2027
Artwork Removal Date: February 2nd, 2027
Please read the following carefully and in full, as there are special submission guidelines for this exhibit.
You are invited to submit up to 6 pieces of artwork for this show. For this special exhibit, we are specifically seeking more artwork that is generally smaller and makes for perfect holiday gifts, that falls into the lower price ranges so that we have a good selection of artwork to match many different holiday gift-giving budgets.
Important Note: this exhibit will be up for approx. 2 months, instead of the usual 1 month period, running through January 2027.
Winter Wonders and the Gift of Art is the theme of the exhibit. Artwork depicting winter scenes and activities, joy, family, holiday cheer and the joy of the season may be submitted. We will accept other themes of art if they meet the $150 or lower requirement (see below).
About the number of submissions:
Artists may submit up to 6 pieces of artwork for this exhibit. However, depending upon the total number of submissions, if we receive more than our showing capacity then we will give preference to artwork priced under $150 or are smaller than 15" on all sides.
