ART SUBMISSION GUIDELINES - BOUNTIFUL GATHERINGS EXHIBIT:

DEADLINES AND DATES:

Submission Deadline: Saturday, October 24th by 11pm
Artist Notified by: Thursday, October 29th
Dropoff artwork: Wednesday November 4th, between 1pm - 4pm
Artist Reception: Friday, November 6th from 5pm - 7pm
Exhibit Dates: November 6 - November 28
Artwork Removal Date: December 1st (10am - 4pm)

THEME(s): Autumn, harvest, family meals, Thanksgiving scenes, fall colors, gratitude, food scenes, farms, pumpkins, hay, warmer clothing, and things capturing the transition to colder weather.

Artists must submit a photo of each piece they would like to exhibit to be considered. Maximum of 3 entries per artist. Use the upload buttons below or email art@cortezculturalcenter.org.
