    DENABABYX understands and empathizes that sometimes cancellations are necessary when situations come up, we ask for your understanding that this is a small business and it isn’t always easy filling last-minute openings in our schedule. Cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will also be charged 50% of the service fee. NO-SHOWS- A client is considered a “no-show” when it is 20 minutes past the scheduled service time and there has been NO communication despite any attempts to reach the client. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, which cannot be used toward future appointments. No-shows who do not have an active card on file will be banned from online booking. If last-minute cancellations/reschedules become a chronic issue, meaning 3 or more incidents, you will no longer be able to book an appointment. This is a no-exceptions policy.
