The Owner understands that they are ultimately responsible for the dog's training outcome. The Owner understands that every dog is an individual and is subject to unpredictable behavior, and that choosing to engage in an aggression training program carries inherent risks including but not limited to injury or death to yourself, your dog, or any other person or animal involved in the training. By proceeding with this training program, the owner acknowledges and assumes these risks.
Indi Edelburg (Dog Training By Indi) makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the success or outcome of this training program.
LIABILITY: If the dog causes any property damage, or bites or injures any animal or person, during or after implementing this training program, Indi Edelburg (Dog Training by Indi) is not liable for any resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, including any injury, sickness, or death, or any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. The owner assumes full and complete responsibility for the dog’s behavior during and after the training program. If the dog is injured during or after training sessions, Indi Edelburg (Dog Training by Indi) is not liable for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.
