#11/4 Ranch hand Non HC $28.50 per run/ per rider. You are able to enter 9 runs in this class with a maximum of 8 selected partners and 1 autodraw minimum. You are able to select a maximum of 5 runs as either sorter or gate position (1 will be the auto) and a maximum of 4 runs in the other position. You may elect to run with the same partner twice but MUST take a different position for each run (ie one run as sorter and one run as gate)

DOG RULES

NO Dogs are permitted AT ANY TIME at the Ranch sorting arena and pens, nor the cattle pens.

NO Dogs are permitted AT ANY TIME in the green shed / kitchen area.

ALL Dogs MUST BE ON A LEASH / tethered at all times on the property.

Dogs ARE NOT permitted to run freely anywhere in the vicinty of Valley Views property.

Dogs MUST be kept under control at all times for the safety of all involved.

PHOTOS – WATPA uploads various photos from our events on our FB and Webpage, please advise if you do not wish your photos to be published, thank you.

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to event 100% refund, 48 hours prior to event 50% refund on nominations, cancellation within 24hrs and up to the running of the event on the day of the program the entire nomination fee may be retained by the committee. If the committee deems that extenuating circumstances apply, then a refund may be granted. Each case will be at the discretion of the committee.

Camping space is limited please be mindful of where you park - allowing for everyone to enjoy.

Please respect other competitors and use only the space you require to ensure everyone can enjoy.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLEAN UP YOUR YARDS AND TAKE AWAY ALL RUBBISH

AMENITIES

There are showers and toilets available for use. Please ensure that you treat all amenities with respect and clean up your space.

Camp kitchen with tea & coffee making facilities, as well as microwave and oven.

PLEASE BRING A PLATE OF FOOD TO SHARE ON THE SATURDAY NIGHT FOR DINNER IF YOU ARE CAMPING. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO MEET ONTHER MEMBERS AND DISCUSS THE DAYS EVENTS.

ALCOHOL

Consumption of alcohol is NOT permitted during competition or in the arenas. Please drink responsibly and ensure that all bottles and cans are placed into bins provided - or take them home with you.
