ADDENDUM TO MISS AMERICA DELEGATE AGREEMENT UPDATE TO AGE ELIGIBILITY FOR MISS AMERICA DIVISION
This Addendum is issued by Miss America IP, Inc. ("MAIP") and requires acknowledgment and agreement by the undersigned Delegate. It serves to amend and clarify the previously signed Miss America Delegate Agreement ("Original Agreement"), specifically as it relates to the age eligibility requirements changes for the Miss America Miss division made on or about, July 9, 2025. Original Requirement (Section 2.3.3 of the Delegate Agreement): A delegate must be at least 18 years old and no older than 27 on the first published or scheduled date of their State competition. This meant eligibility was tied specifically to the age the delegate was on the date of their state competition.
New Requirement for Miss America Division: A delegate must be no younger than 18 years old as of September 1, 2026. A delegate must be no older than 28 years old as of September 30, 2026.
This change shifts the eligibility away from the state competition date and sets fixed calendar dates for determining eligibility for the 2026 cycle.
By signing below, the undersigned Delegate acknowledges and agrees that this Addendum replaces and supersedes Section 2.3.3 of the Original Agreement as it pertains to age eligibility for the 2026 Competition Cycle. All other terms and conditions of the Original Agreement remain unchanged.
IN ITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Addendum as of the dates written below.
