Sweet Lyric's Macarons Terms & Conditions
Custom Orders & Design
All orders are custom. Each item is handmade and may vary slightly in color or design.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made.
Design or flavor changes must be requested at least two weeks before pickup.
Approved changes may require a new invoice and are subject to availability.
Payment & Deposits
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
All custom orders (excluding event orders) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than one week prior to pickup.
Custom event orders (towers, individual boxes, or orders over three dozen) require a $50 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your total.
Tower pricing includes macarons and the tower itself. Additional fees may apply for custom colors, sales tax, delivery, or setup.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 14 days or more before pickup:
Orders over $50: 50% refund
Orders under $50: full refund
Orders canceled less than 14 days before pickup are not eligible for a refund.
Food Safety & Allergies
Sweet Lyric’s Macarons is a Texas home bakery. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by state or local health departments.
Macarons are made in a kitchen that processes nuts and gluten.
Allergy-safe products cannot be guaranteed. Customers with allergies consume products at their own risk.
Sweet Lyric’s Macarons is not responsible for medical issues related to consumption.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of extreme weather or a family emergency, liability is limited to the cost of the order.
A full or partial refund will be offered.
Every effort will be made to fulfill the order if possible.
Storage & Care
Once picked up, Sweet Lyric’s Macarons is not responsible for the condition of the items.
Macarons must be refrigerated and are best enjoyed within 7 days.
Bring to room temperature for 30 minutes before eating.
Do not expose macarons to heat, direct sunlight, or summer temperatures.
Communication
All order communication will be conducted via email, Facebook, or Instagram messages.

Pickup, Delivery & Missed Orders
Orders must be picked up at the scheduled time.
Pickup times will be confirmed a few days before pickup. If no time is selected, one will be assigned or porch pickup will be used.
Items not picked up on time will be placed in a cooler for porch pickup.
Items not retrieved by 8:00 p.m. will be forfeited.
Sweet Lyric’s Macarons is not responsible for items after porch pickup.
Changes to pickup time or date are subject to availability.
Pickup address is 9730 Suffolk Downs, Mont Belvieu, TX 77523.
Delivery is available based on availability and may incur additional fees.
Deliveries beyond 25 miles will be charged $1.00 per mile (each way).
Setup is not included, and responsibility ends upon delivery.
