Category of physical disability:

• A specific learning disability such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia etc.
• Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
• A long-term/ ongoing mental health condition, such as bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, an eating disorder, depression, an anxiety disorder, or schizophrenia.
• A physical impairment or mobility issues, such as difficulty using arms or hands, or requiring use of a wheel chair, crutches or other mobility aid, Cerebral Palsy, etc.
• Deaf or a serious hearing impairment.
• Speech and Language impairment.

1. All successful applicants are required to attend Orientation Day. The Starter Pack and Confirmation of Admission Letter will be distributed during Orientation Day.
2. Please note that Clazroom Education Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as Clazroom College of Technology and Innovation / Clazroom College) will issue semester-based invoices in accordance with the approved fee structure, including any applicable penalty fees.
3. All fees due for each semester must be settled by the invoice due date, which is within two (2) weeks from the commencement date of the semester. Failure to make payment within the stipulated period may result in the imposition of penalty fees and/or other administrative actions.
4. Registration Fees and Ancillary Fees (including administration, library & computer lab, software, student insurance, and student activities) are strictly non-refundable.
5. The Commitment Fee is refundable only upon the student’s successful completion of the programme, provided that all required final assignments have been duly submitted for evaluation and there are no outstanding fees owed to the College. The Commitment Fee will be forfeited if the student withdraws from the programme before completion.

6. The Course Fees are refundable subject to the Refund Policy outlined below:

   • Withdrawal within two (2) weeks prior to the commencement date of the semester:
   → 100% refund of the tuition fee paid for the semester.

   • Withdrawal after two (2) weeks but before or within four (4) weeks from the commencement date of the semester:
   → 50% refund of the tuition fee paid for the semester.

   • Withdrawal after four (4) weeks from the commencement date of the semester:
   → No refund

I consent to Clazroom College processing my personal data (including sensitive personal data as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010) for purposes not limited to admission, statistical analysis, compliance to statutory requirements and to be shared from time to time with Clazroom College’s appointed third party agents.

I declare that all information provided by me in this form, including the information given in all other documents provided, is true and accurate. I will
present my original documents to Clazroom College within the stipulated time to sight in ensuring my documents are genuine.

I acknowledge that Clazroom College reserves the right to amend or reverse any decision regarding enrollment that’s made on the basis of incorrect, incomplete, fraudulent information or non-attainment of minimum entry requirements, including pre-requisite results to enroll into a program.
I authorize Clazroom College to verify my academic records from previous institutions or my work experience from past employers, for program entry purposes, if applicable. If tuition fees are paid by an organization or my parents (”Sponsor”), I authorize Clazroom College to release my fees and academic progress information to my parents and the sponsor upon request.

I agree to abide by the statutes, regulation, and policies of Clazroom College at all times

I provide consent to Clazroom College to process my child’s personal data (including sensitive personal data as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act 2010) for purposes such as but not limited to admission, statistical analysis, compliance to statutory requirements and to be shared from time to time with Clazroom College's appointed third party agents. 

I hereby apply for his/her enrollment at Clazroom College and undertake to pay the full fees of this program until complete.

I hereby agree to pay all the fees due on the dates stipulated by Clazroom College, failing which Clazroom College reserves the right to bar my child/ward from attending classes including termination of the study.

If tuition fees are paid by an organization (”Sponsor”), I authorize Clazroom College to release the applicant’s fees and academic progress information to the sponsor upon request.
