Guts Church requires all adults 18 and above serving with children to have an approved background check and to adhere to the Guts Church Code of Ethics yearly. If I do not have a background check on file or if it is expired, Guts Church will email me with a request to run a background check, and the result will be reviewed before placement. Additionally, all volunteers 18 and above must have a current Team Guts application on file and complete the Student Ministries training, which covers working with minors protocol. If these requirements are not completed, Guts Church will contact me with steps to finalize both before placement. *
