Vendor Booths and Tables:

The club has standard booths (4x4FT) for rent. The cost to rent is $20, and for an additional $10, electricity can be provided. 

Tables (6FT) are provided by the club, as well as 2 chairs per rental. The cost to rent is $30, with an additional $10 charge should electricity be requested. 

Lounge Vendor Space: 

The lounge area is an open space for vendors selling furniture or large items. The cost to rent is $30. 

Food Trucks:

Each food truck is allocated one parking space (20x10 FT) with electricity and water access included in the rental, Cost is $50

Food trucks are required to have all necessary permits and insurance. Setup is to be completed by 12:30 PM to account for any issues; breakdown starts at the end of the event at 5:00PM and should be done by 6:00PM. 

Parking Lot Pop Up Space Rentals:

Reserved Spot for vendor pop-up tents are available; these tents are not provided and are to be brought by the vendor. 2 parking spaces will be provided for space. Due to unkown weather conditions, these spaces are free to reserve and close to the venue for easy access. 

Payment:

Once we receive your application, if you are accepted,  you will be sent a payment link for the vendor fee and upon payment, your spot will be secured.

Vendor Requirements: 

Vendors must provide their own display materials/table clothes. Doors open at 11:30AM for setup and should be completed by 12:30PM to account for any potential issues. 

Breakdown begins at the end of the event, 5:00PM, to be completed by 6:00PM.  Your space must be cleaned or any debris or garbage. Any rented tables or chairs must be broken down and returned to staging area. 

 

Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between The Shop Night Club, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," and ______________, hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor."

Event Details: 

Venue: The Shop Night Club, 1200 Mckee St Mckees Rocks, PA 15136 

Time: 1130-6PM 

Public Event Time: 1-5PM 

Booth Details:
3. The Organizer agrees to provide the Vendor with a designated booth space at the event. The specific booth location and size will be communicated to the Vendor prior to the event.

Vendor Responsibilities:
4. The Vendor agrees to:

   a. Set up booth  and maintain the booth in a professional and presentable manner throughout the event.

   b. Adhere to all event rules, regulations, and safety guidelines provided by the Organizer.

   c. Provide all necessary equipment, materials, and staff required for the operation of the booth.

Event Promotion:
5. The Vendor grants permission to the Organizer to use the Vendor's name, logo, and a brief description of the products/services provided for event promotion purposes.

Liability:
6. The Vendor is responsible for any damage caused to the event venue or other vendors' property by the Vendor or its representatives.

Insurance:
7. The Vendor is encouraged to carry appropriate insurance coverage for its products, equipment, and general liability. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Vendor's property.

Indemnification:
8. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the Vendor's participation in the event.

Termination:
9. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Vendor fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Governing Law:
10. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

Entire Agreement:
11. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, between the parties.

Execution:
By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Vendor Agreement.
