Program Fees-

• Early-Bird Registration (before March 15, 2026)-  $350.00 per person
• Regular Registration (March 15, 2026 - April 15, 2026)-  $400.00 per person
• Late Registration (after April 15, 2026)-  $450.00 per person

Program registration includes-

• Nineteen (19) contact hours / BOC Category A CEUs per participant; 
  • Pre-Study / Virtual Didactic Module  (12.0 contact hours / BOC Category A CEUs)
  • Hands-on Skill Review Module with competency-based evaluations  /  Scenario-Based Practical Skills Integration Module  (7.0 contact hours / BOC Category A CEUs)
• Certificate of Completion for all attendees
• BOC credentialing for athletic trainers.

Cancellation / Refund Policy-

• A written request for cancellation and refund must be received prior to midnight April 13, 2026.
  • A $25 administrative fee will be assessed to all refunds prior to midnight April 13, 2026
• No refunds will be made after April 13, 2026.

Sports Medicine Emergency Management, LLC (SMEM) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers. (BOC AP#: P10229). This program is eligible for Evidence-Based Practice hours / CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.
