This Vehicle Sourcing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Easy Rentals

(“Company”, “We”, “Us”)

and

Client Information entered

(“Client”, “You”)

Client is hiring Easy Rentals to professionally source a vehicle on their behalf through dealer-only auto auctions and private dealer networks.

Client understands that Easy Rentals is acting as a vehicle sourcing service and is not a vehicle dealership.

Client agrees to provide vehicle preferences including but not limited to:
• Budget range

• Make, model, year preferences

• Mileage preferences

• Color preferences

• Must-have features

• Deal breakers
Client may upload vehicle listings, screenshots, or inspiration for reference.

Availability is not guaranteed.

Client agrees to pay a $500 non-refundable vehicle sourcing fee.
This fee is required before any vehicle search begins.

The sourcing fee covers:

• Dealer auction access

• Vehicle search

• Market research

• Price analysis

• Negotiation and bidding support

This fee is earned once the search begins and is non-refundable for any reason.

Client understands that a bidding deposit equal to 50% of the total vehicle budget is required before any auction bidding or purchase attempt.

• The deposit is fully refundable if no vehicle is purchased

• The deposit is applied toward the final vehicle purchase price if a vehicle is secured

• No bidding will begin until the deposit is received

• Once a bid is won, the deposit becomes non-refundable

• The sale is final, and the remaining balance is due immediately

• If the remaining balance is not paid within 36 hours of a winning bid, the client forfeits the bidding deposit

Submission confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of this bidding deposit policy.

Client understands and agrees:

• All vehicles are sourced from dealer-only auto auctions

• Final purchase price is not guaranteed

• Vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS

• No warranties expressed or implied

• Easy Rentals LLC does not inspect, repair, or guarantee vehicle condition

• Easy Rentals LLC is not responsible for mechanical, cosmetic, or electrical issues after purchase

Client accepts full responsibility for vehicle condition once purchased.

Client is responsible for all additional costs including but not limited to:

• Auction fees

(Estimated $300 - $500)

• Title processing fees

($250 - mailing, notarizing, securing)

• Taxes

• Transportation and delivery

• Dealer processing fees

• State and local fees

These costs are separate from the sourcing fee and bidding deposit.

If Client chooses not to proceed:

• The $500 sourcing fee is forfeited

• Any unused bidding deposit will be refunded if no vehicle was purchased

If a vehicle is successfully won, the transaction is final.

Client understands that Easy Rentals does not guarantee:

• Winning any specific vehicle

• Final purchase pricing

• Vehicle condition

• Timeline for securing a vehicle
