Tuition:
A $150 registration fee is due within three days of application approval. Tuition is due on July 1 for Principles and Passage students. For Pursuit and Pinnacle students, ½ tuition is due July 1, and the remaining ½ is due Jan. 6.
Tuition as listed below includes a supply fee. New this year: Principles includes the required guide.

Fundraising Requirements:
In an effort to evenly and fairly spread the fundraising responsibilities, we have implemented a fundraising policy. Each family will be required to fundraise $100 for the 26/27 school year. We will provide at least 1 fundraising opportunity for your family in order to reach your goal. If you have not reached your family fundraising goal by April 5, 2027, you will receive an invoice for the amount due. Fundraising invoices must be paid by April 14. Graduation participation and enrollment for the following year are contingent upon all invoices being paid in full.
Statements You Agree to:
______I have read and will uphold the statement of faith.
______I affirm that I am actively involved with a local church body in person.
______All students enrolled must be homeschooled for the entirety of the school year.
______My family and I will abide by the Code of Conduct.
______I will submit the Release of Liability form along with my approved enrollment. I understand that it is my job to research and abide by my state’s homeschooling laws.
______I understand I am the primary teacher and the record keeper of my family’s homeschool, and that Providence Classical Community exists as a support to that role.
______I will attend the one day parent prep meeting on August 4, 2026.
______I understand my role on community day as either a room parent or a team parent and will fulfill the duties that I am assigned each week, if applicable.
______I understand it is my responsibility to find a replacement for my assigned role as a room or team parent if I have to miss.
______I understand that I must remain on campus at all times if I have students under the age of 12 enrolled. If I must leave, I must take the child(ren) with me.
______I understand I will be assigned at least one extracurricular volunteer activity (party, prom, graduation, etc) at the beginning of the year and will fulfill those commitments.
