Catering Guidelines & Equipment Policies

As the host venue, Festival Park requires all catering partners to be fully self-sufficient and provide the necessary resources to fulfill their obligations to the client. While the venue is not responsible for providing service equipment, we do offer a limited inventory of rental items (such as plates and Alto-Shaams) to help reduce your transport logistics. If an item is needed but not listed, please call us at 262.636.9229 for availability.

Note: All internal rental items must be reserved in advance to ensure availability.

Service Models & Kitchen Fees

Responsibility for fees and equipment depends on the package selected by the client:

Understanding the Kitchen Service Fee

The Kitchen Service Fee is an essential charge that covers the operational costs of hosting an event. These funds are allocated toward:

Labor & Staffing: Setup and cleanup of the facility.
Utilities: Usage of gas, electricity, and water.
Maintenance: General upkeep, insurance, and equipment wear-and-tear.
Seamless Execution: Ensuring the venue remains a high-functioning environment for both hosts and guests.

Caterer's Equipment and Supplies: The Caterer is fully responsible for providing all equipment and supplies necessary to fulfill its obligations with the Client.

Festival Parks Assets: Assets belonging to Festival Parks must not be used unless they have been officially rented or pre-purchased by the Caterer or Client.

Reservation is Key: Availability is not guaranteed (even for previously used items). To secure your needs all equipment must be reserved and finalized well in advance of your event date.
Rental Pricing
- Standard Rental (Flat Fee):..................$200.00
  Maximum of 5 consecutive hours.
- Extended Use.......................................$65.00 per hour
NOTE: 5 Hour Rate is included if the client booked a Wedding or Gala Package.

Damage & Cleaning Requirements
The renter/caterer assumes full responsibility for the facility and equipment from the time of access until the final inspection.

Damage Accountability
The caterer is responsible for any damage or loss to the facility or equipment beyond normal wear and tear. The cost of all necessary repairs will be billed to and payable by the Caterer. Any rental items not returned or in a clean condition will be subject to replacement by the caterer.

Cleaning Obligations
- Mandatory Cleaning: The unit must be left in a clean and sanitary condition upon departure.
- Custodial Fee: Failure to leave the unit in an acceptable condition will result in a $200.00 Custodial Fee per event/day, plus any other applicable charges.
- Trash Disposal: All event trash must be consolidated and placed in the designated main Trash Dumpster located outside the building.
- Excessive Trash Fee: If the volume of trash requires an extra collection service, a separate $200.00 Fee will be charged per extra pick-up.

Catering Requirements

Kitchen Usage Fee

Use of the kitchen facilities, including the walk-in refrigerator, stove, ovens, microwave, toaster, limited utensils, prep tables, cutting boards, cleaning supplies, dish soap, towels, and bus carts.

Trash Removal

All trash created from catering is the caterer's responsibility. The hall provides trash bags. Trash must be placed in the designated trash dumpster. If not selected, you must take all trash off the premises.

Cleaning / Damage Deposit

This amount will be refunded if the kitchen is left in as good or better condition than you found it. All dishes must be washed, silver polished and placed in it's original place.

Dishwasher Staff

Optional: Dishwasher Staff Person: A $2.00 per guest (100 pp minimum) dishwashing fee will be added to the base fee. Staffing Notice: To ensure we can hire staff to provide this cleaning service, a 72-hour advance notice is required.

Deep Fryer Cleaning
