      2. Booking & Payment Policy

      Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
      MYR: 900 

      Final Date to Register: Registration closes on 12 February 2026
      Final Balance Due: Within 21 days of registration submission.

      4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

      • The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may arrange for a friend to take your place directly. All replacement arrangements are your responsibility, and the organizers will not be involved.
      • Cancellation on or before 12nd February 2026: You will receive a full refund of all payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
      • Cancellation between 13th February - 4th March 2026: A 50% refund of the total retreat price will be issued.
      • Cancellation on or After 5th March 2026 : No refund will be issued.


      5. Travel Insurance

      We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage, ensuring you are protected in case of unforeseen events.
