Gheibh com-pàirtichean cothrom fidheall, bogsa-ciùil, giotàr, feadan, fideag, meur-chlàr, faram, seinn sa Ghàidhlig, dràma sa Ghàidhlig agus dannsa-ceum fheuchainn le Fèis na Cloinne Bige airson com-pàirtichean nas òige. Bidh an Fhèis a' ruith eadar an 10mh – 13mh dhen Ghearran 2026 aig Àrd Sgoil Ìle:
Fèis Òigridh Ìle is Dhiùra is a four day music tuition festival for young people aged 3-18. Tuition will include fiddle, accordion, guitar, chanter, whistle, keyboard, percussion, Gaelic singing, Gaelic Drama and step-dance with a Fèis na Cloinne Bige or 'Wee Fèis' for the younger participants. The Fèis will run from the 10th to the 13th of February 2026 at Islay High School:
Prìomh Fhèis | Main Fèis: 10am - 3:30pm
Fèis Bheag | Wee Fèis: 10am - 12pm

Prìomh Fhèis | Main Fèis: £45 per participant
Fèis Bheag | Wee Fèis: £15 per participant (Snack included)
Le taing don All Islay Fund, tha an ceathramh latha a bharrachd am-bliadhna sa gu tur air a mhaoineachadh: £15 gach pàiste airson a’ phrìomh Fhèis agus £5 gach pàiste airson a’ Bheag Fhèis.
With thanks to the All Islay Fund, the extra fourth day this year is fully funded: £15 per child for the main Fèis and £5 per child for the Wee Fèis.
Tha grunn àiteachan maoinichte ri fhaotainn dhaibhsan a tha a’ faighinn tabhartas aodaich no biadh-sgoile an-asgaidh.
A number of funded places are available for those who are in receipt of a clothing grant and/ or free school meals.

Class 2 (1 session each day):
Fiddle - Beginner
Chanter - Beginner/ Improving Beginner
Keyboard - Beginner
Clàrsach - Beginner
Accordion - Improving Beginner
Guitar - Improving Beginner

Step Dance
Class 3 (1 session each day):
Guitar - Beginner
Accordion - Beginner

Beginner = Brand new to the instrument
Improving Beginner = Can do the basics and able to learn simple tunes
Intermediate = Has been playing for a few years and can pick up more complex tunes

Please can all participants bring a packed lunch for each day they will be at the Fèis. Please can you ensure that all food brought to the Fèis is nut free.
Fèis Bheag | Wee Fèis
Bidh Fèis na Cloinne Bige a' ruith gach latha eadar 10m agus 12 agus gheibh com-pàirtichean cothrom geamaichean Gàidhlig a chluich agus stuth ealain a dhèanamh.
The Wee Fèis will run each day from 10am to 12pm and the participants will get the chance to play some Gaelic Games and do crafts.
Cuirm-chiùil | Concert
Air Dihaoine an 13mh bidh cuirm-chiùil againn le ceòl bho na com-pàirtichean againn. Tabhartasan aig an doras agus cuireamaid fàilte bhlàth air duaisean airson an rafail. Barrachd fios ri thighinn.
On Friday the 13th we will have a performance from the young participants. Entry will be by donation and any prizes for the raffle will be very gratefully received. More information to follow.
