Event is held at 1292 MT. Mills Road Tuscumbia Alabama. September 5-7 2026. Foods trucks: 200.00 for the weekend includes power, water and camping. Power and water 125.00 for the weekend includes camping. No power or water 85.00. Includes camping. All included camping is in the vendor area. Small tent or campers(no RVs)

In submitting this application you understand that all fees are non-refundable.

This is a 3 day outdoor off-roading event. No matter how much we would like to we can control the weather. In 7 years we have only canceled once due to a hurricane.

We are not a craft market or fair, patrons will come into the vendor area but it will not be a continuous flow. We are trying new events and strategies this year to get more foot traffic into the area.

You will receive an email from jeepinthesaloon@gmail.com and a text no later than June 1st with an update on your application. We will not advertise for you till all fees are paid do to other vendors backing out last minute after we have advertised them for months leading up to the event.
