- Latitude Festival, Henham Park, Suffolk - Wed 22nd to Mon 27th July 2026
- Camp Bestival, Lulworth Castle, Dorset - Wed 29th July to Mon 3rd Aug 2026
- Reading Festival, Reading, Berkshire - Tue 25th to Mon 31st Aug 2026
- Leeds Festival, Bramham Park, Wetherby - Tue 25th to Mon 31st Aug 2026
Our paid staff team work the same shift every day. The number of shifts worked depends on the event, typically paid staff work Wednesday to Sunday/Monday of the event week.
- Early - 08:00 - 17:00
- Late - 16:00 - 01:00
- Night - 00:00 - 09:00
We have various paid staff positions at each event. The roles available will vary between the different events.
Office Managers - Working in our onsite office, managing the administration of our teams onsite and using onsite systems. Good attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential for this role. Previous staff or volunteering experience with Hotbox Events beneficial but not essential.
Control Staff - Working in the event control room alongside the event controllers, fire, medical, security and other stewarding teams as the representative for Hotbox Events during your shift. Liaising on the radio with managers, supervisors and our stewarding teams. Responding to and reporting any issues whilst providing support and response to our teams on the ground. Excellent verbal communication skills and radio use skills essential as well as a calm approach.
Zone Supervisor - Working in one or more zones (either in the campsites, arena or entrances depending on the event), supervising a team of up to 20 volunteer stewards. Good organisation, leadership and people skills are required for this role. Previous festival volunteering experience useful but not essential.
Drivers - At Leeds Festival we require minibus drivers to transport staff and festival customers. Minibus drivers will require a D1 entitlement and be over 25 years of age.
