  • Our puppies will have vaccinations to date of age, are current on all vaccinations and worming, in good health and none that we are aware of carry defects.
DO NOT TAKE your puppy to public parks or alike, nor around sick dogs that may carry the common canine viruses, such as Parvo and Distemper. Until 2 weeks after all puppy vaccinations are given (at about 16 weeks old) these common canine viruses and diseases are VERY CONTAGIOUS. Your Veterinarian will tell you when they advise it. There is no excuse to miss a puppy vaccination at regularly scheduled times. We recommend 4 puppy vaccinations (without LEPTO), about 3
weeks apart with the last shot given at about 16 weeks old. We do not guarantee against these common canine diseases or viruses should your puppy come in contact with any of them. It is your responsibility to keep your puppy away from areas of high dog traffic until vaccinations are given. Your puppy is not fully protected until all series of vaccinations are complete.

Read above carefully I cannot stress the importance of this enough. Your puppy's life could depend on it.

Our recomendation is No Leptospirosis to be used in vaccinations. Dachshunds are very reactive to this vaccination.

We have given 5in1 shots at 8 weeks and 10 weeks old. A final 5in1 and rabies is required from your vet at 14 weeks of age ( or veterinarians descretion)

  • Ownership and First Right of Refusal: Terms

Please review the health guarantee terms and conditions.
  • Ownership and First Right of Refusal: If the buyer desires to sell, give away or otherwise dispose of the dog, the buyer grants the seller the first right of refusal. Seller agrees to answer the buyer within one week with a written response indicating the seller's decision to repurchase pup. If the seller chooses to repurchase, the seller will remit 25% of purchase price to the buyer upon receipt of said dog. If seller is unable to purchase the pup back, or buyer prefers to replace on their own than buyer
must provide seller with proof that said dog is spayed or neutered prior to replacing. Seller will then provide written consent for the buyer to replace, sell or give away the dog. That this dog will NOT be transferred or released to an animal shelter, humane society, or rescue group. Failure to offer first right of refusal obligates the purchaser to return the seller $4000 (four thousand dollars) as a penalty
    fee

If at any point the said Puppy is not wanted, you are going to sell it, or you can no longer care for the said Puppy, the breeder must be contacted. The said Puppy can be returned to the breeder at the expense of
the buyer. No money will be refunded. Under NO circumstances is the said Puppy to be placed in a shelter or rescue situation. (We will rescue or babies always in this circumstance)

The cardiologist must state in writing that the defect is of a hereditary nature and not caused by injury or illness and that
    it is fatal.
5 Year Eye Guarantee: If at any time until the age of 5 yrs., said dog is diagnosed with Canine Eye Diseases that seriously disables or leads to blindness. Have said dog examined by a Qualified Canine Ophthalmologist.

If death occurs during the health guarantee period, the breeder requires a Necropsy for verification of cause of death by a Licensed Veterinarian at Buyer’s expense. If the current owner REFUSES a necropsy, no replacement puppy
will be granted REGARDLESS of diagnosis. Necropsy MUST be completed to confirm cause of death.
Lifetime Temperament Guarantee: If said dog at any time is found not to be compatible as a pet with people and it is directly related to temperament, notify me immediately. Seller will then require either return of dog.Additionally, return to
seller the dog’s registration papers along with a written statement from a certified trainer with “reason for return and that it is irreversible.”
Section 4 – Limitations of All Guarantees: With all health guarantees (except temperament) the buyer has the option to keep or return said dog. Guarantees are for replacement only. Provided the contract terms have been met, we will replace the puppy with another of equal value at no charge as soon as one becomes
available. At any time, we elect to do a refund instead, the refund amount will depend on the formula in the refunds section.
Medical Treatments/Expenses: For any reason if you elect to have your vet treat said dog, then it is your financial responsibility as the Seller will not cover any medical cost or treatments of any kind.
Seller will not under any conditions pay for any surgery or treatment procedures of any type. This is due to many vet’s overcharge or mis-diagnose, it’s a sad fact in today’s economy.
