Puppy Application
Thank you for your interest in a FoxFire Beagle. We take great care in placing our puppies and believe successful placements begin with understanding the people behind the application. This form allows us to learn more about your home, experience, and what you are hoping for in a Beagle, whether as a companion, performance partner, or show prospect. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, but it does open the door to a thoughtful and transparent conversation.

Please give us 1-2 weeks to get back to you once application is complete. If after that window of time you have not heard from us, please reach back out in case your application was misplaced.

Puppy Preference
While we welcome your preferences regarding sex, colour, markings, or intended activities, these are considered preferences only, not guarantees. Puppies are evaluated over time for structure, temperament, drive, and overall suitability. Final placement decisions are made by us, with your lifestyle, experience, and goals kept at the forefront. This approach ensures every puppy is placed where they are most likely to thrive.

What to Expect
Submitting this application is step one in our process and allows us to determine whether there may be a potential fit between your home and a FoxFire Beagle. If your application appears to be a good match for our program, we will reach out to arrange a follow-up phone call to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and expectations in more detail.

If your application is not a fit for what we are currently looking for, you will still be contacted and notified.

For applicants who move forward, the next steps in the process will be discussed directly with successful applicants. These steps include a non-refundable holding fee, due approximately two weeks after the puppies are born, as well as a contract that must be reviewed and signed prior to placement. This initial application is intended to begin the conversation; additional steps are required before a puppy is placed.
