1. Describe a significant challenge facing African American students in today's educational system and propose an innovative solution. How would your academic and career goals contribute to addressing this issue?

 

2. Reflect on an African American educator or leader who has inspired your educational journey. How has his/her work or legacy influenced your vision for creating more equitable learning environments?

 

3. Describe a moment when you advocated for educational equity in your school or community. What did you learn from this experience, and how has it shaped your understanding of leadership in education?
