2026 Union Square Farmers Market Vendor Application

MARKET OVERVIEW

Application deadline for ALL vendors: 11:59pm on Sunday, February 8, 2026
Market schedule:
- Saturdays: 9am-1pm, rain or shine
- Opens: May 9, 2026
- Closes: October 31, 2026
- Total number of weeks: 24
- NOTE: there will be no market on July 4, 2026 or September 19, 2026
Vendor Fees: There is a $30 non-refundable application fee in addition to the following:

Season Vendor (May 9 - October 31)	$1,700 per booth space
Biweekly Vendor (every other week from May - October) *Start date determined by Market Manager	$850
Guest Vendor	$85 per market

Payment Schedule

Guest vendors must pay in full upon acceptance. Biweekly and season vendors may pay in full or in four (4) equal installments:
- 1st Installment: Upon acceptance
- 2nd Installment: June 4, 2026
- 3rd Installment: July 2, 2026
- 4th Installment: August 6, 2026
Payment in Full Discount

Season and Biweekly vendors who pay the fee in total upon acceptance will receive a $50 discount. No other offer, promotion, or discount may be applied.
If accepted, I will pay my vendor fee in full. Please invoice me for the total with the $50 discount.
Late Payments

Unless approved by Union Square Main Streets, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as USMS) in advance, vendors will be fined on the following schedule:
- 1-7 days late: $50
- 8-15 days late: additional $150
- 16 or more days late: additional $100 per week
- Example: a payment that is 16 days late would result in a fine in the amount of $300.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination from the market.

I hereby grant and authorize Union Square Main Streets the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me and my products to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration.I hereby grant permission to Union Square Main Streets to use and reproduce any portion of the photo images I have posted on social media channels for the purposes listed above.

I have read and understand the 2026 Union Square Farmers Market Rules & Policies and meet the vendor eligibility standards stated therein. I agree to abide by all market requirements as outlined in the Rules & Policies, as well as all federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations. I understand that if conditions arise, 2026 COVID-19 Farmers Market Guidelines and/or precautions related to Avian Influenza may be implemented at any point during the season, and that compliance at all times is required. I understand that Union Square Main Streets, Inc., and its Executive Director and Market Manager are authorized, at their discretion, to issue warnings, suspensions, and/or immediate revocation of market participation to vendors, customers, or other market participants for failure to comply with any Union Square Farmers Market Rules and Policies or for otherwise engaging in disruptive behavior and, in the event of a suspension or revocation, I will not be entitled to a refund of fees paid and I agree to pay any and all pending vendor fee installments. I agree to cooperate with Union Square Main Streets, Inc. and pay all required vendor fees on schedule or incur late fines as stated herein. I understand and agree the final selection of vendors is based on the determination of which vendors will best serve the Union Square community, provide the right quality and variety of products, and enable Union Square Main Streets, Inc. to best achieve its broader mission of fostering economic development throughout Union Square. Vendor acceptance and booth location assignments are at the sole discretion of Union Square Main Streets, Inc.*
