This is to confirm that the Guest has agreed to be interviewed or otherwise participate in the show. The Guest does hereby consent to the recording, and all forms of distribution and streaming of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice and performance now and in the future. The Guest also grants The Top Keys and MOI Tech LLC. (TechNoLeak) the right to use the Guest’s name, provided biography, and provided likeness in connection with the show.

The Guest hereby agrees and consents to have recordings made of them as a that shall be made publicly available and hosted on the show's website, social media and other media, and its successors. The Guest hereby acknowledges that the intellectual property of the show shall be owned by the Producer.

The Guest understands and agrees that they will not receive compensation or royalties, now or in the future, in connection with any exercise of the rights granted to the Producer. The Guest hereby releases and forever discharges the Producer, its directors and officers, and The Top Keys and MOI Tech LLC. (TechNoLeak), its directors and officers, from any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatever kind that they may have, and that are caused by or arising from the Producer’s exercise of the rights granted to it by them, including any and all claims for libel or infringement of my privacy rights or of copyright and publicity.

The Guest acknowledges that any remarks or comments they make during my presentation as a speaker on the show are their own and that I will be solely responsible for them. Neither the Producer or the The Top Keys and MOI Tech LLC. (TechNoLeak) shall be held responsible or liable for the remarks that The Guest makes and The Guest indemnifies and saves the Producer and the The Top Keys and MOI Tech LLC. (TechNoLeak) harmless for any and all claims arising directly or indirectly from their remarks.
