I agree to abide by the conditions of this scholarship. I attest to the fact that I am the owner or majority shareholder and my company has the required local/state/federal licensing and insurance. I have not previously attended an NLA Day on the Hill.

I agree to participate on the Scholarship Orientation Conference Call (to be held prior to the event) and attend the following events beginning on Tuesday afternoon (April 14) through Wednesday afternoon (April 15): Educational sessions, Board/PAC Fundraiser Dinner, Day on the Hill meetings, and the Day on the Hill Dinner.

I will provide a written report on the experience by April 29, 2026 to the NLA. I understand that if I do not adhere to the obligations listed herein, the NLA reserves the right to forfeit the scholarship.
