Checks must be made out to “ASCE Texas Section” and mailed to ASCE Texas Section at 5511 Parkcrest Dr Ste 207, Austin, TX 78731. Payment must be received on or before March 15, 2026.

We will not be able to guarantee inclusion in any printed material for sponsorship submissions made after March 15, 2026. Sponsorship status will be "pending" until check is received.

Any refund requests must be provided in writing to the Section Office on or before March 15, 2026. After this deadline, no refunds will be provided. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
