CONSENT FOR PAYMENT – SERVICES RENDERED
At ALP Firm, we value the trust and relationship we have with each of our clients and are committed to providing professional, accurate, and timely tax preparation services.
By engaging ALP Firm, you acknowledge and agree that tax preparation is a professional service rendered, and all fees are earned upon completion of the work, regardless of the outcome of your tax return or refund status.
Payment Responsibility
You may choose to pay your tax preparation fees using one of the following methods:
- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- Credit or Debit Card
- Deduction from your tax refund*
*If you elect to have your preparation fees deducted from your refund and your refund is delayed, reduced, intercepted, offset, or not issued for any reason, you remain fully responsible for payment of all preparation fees.
Acknowledgment of Obligation
By signing your tax return and/or this consent, you authorize ALP Firm to collect payment for services provided and agree that payment is due regardless of whether a tax refund is received.
If payment has not been received within 90 days of the expected refund date, and no payment arrangement has been made, ALP Firm reserves the right to:
Initiate collection procedures, and/or
Debit the authorized bank account on file, where applicable
