Submitting Student Work

Please download and fill out the spreadsheet linked here with the requested information.

If you are submitting student artwork from more than one school, please fill out and upload one spreadsheet per school.

Please use the following file naming convention when saving your spreadsheet before attaching it to this form: teachername_school

Notice to Mac Users: Please do not upload .NUMBERS files as they are incompatable with Fairbanks Arts staff computers. If you are using Apple Numbers to fill out the spreadsheet, please export the file as a .XLSX or .CSV file. Please see this video tutorial for instructions on how to export .XLSX files from Apple Numbers.

I WILL PICK UP my student's/students' artwork(s) during the designated pick up times. I understand that artworks WILL NOT BE DISCARDED after the exhibition. If I cannot pick up the artwork on the pick up day, I will email gallery@fairbanksarts.org to discuss alternative pick-up days.My student's entry/students' entries will be ready to display and, if the artwork is 2-D, it will have the appropriate hanging device as outlined in the prospectus. I will email gallery@fairbanksarts.org if I am unsure if an entry is ready for display.I have read, understand, and agree to the Eligibility Criteria, Terms and Conditions, and Hardware and Display Instructions in the Up With Art Prospectus. If my student's artwork(s) is found to be ineligible according to the listed criteria, it may not be displayed in the exhibition.I acknowledge that if I am found to violate Fairbanks Arts Association’s Code of Conduct, my student's artwork may be removed from the exhibition.I acknowledge that by submitting an entry, I give Fairbanks Arts permission to display photos of my student’s artwork in the Borough Mayor’s Office and permission to use photos of my student’s art in Up With Art publicity and thank you cards.I affirm that my student(s) is/are attending an FNSBSD public school or affiliated institution (B.E.S.T., Watershed Charter, etc.).
