  • The festival will take place at George Lane Park on:
    Saturday, April 11, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    Sunday, April 12, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Vendor load-in will be on Friday

    April 10, 2026 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

  • Please be advised that this is a two-day event; however, limited one-day participation is
    available. Vendors are required to notify us of their attendance commitment prior-to
    purchase. No loading or unloading will be permitted during event hours.

  • ALL DOCUMENTATION MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN
    MARCH 2, 2026.

  • The 74th Almond Blossom Festival Vendor Rules & Regulations 2026

  • While security will be provided during off/ closed hours the Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for loss, damage or injury incurred by vendors. Each vendor agrees to follow the guidelines set forth by the Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce or any agents acting on behalf of the 2026 Almond Blossom Festival, including but not limited to Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation.
  • The Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation and all event sponsors are released of responsibility and liability from injury, damage or theft under all circumstances. All vendor participants agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless the Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation and any and all event sponsors, their agents, officers and employees, from and against any and all liability, expense, including defense costs, and legal fees, and claims for damage of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, personal injury, or property damage arising from or connected with operations, or services here under, including any worker's compensation suits, liability, or expense arising from or connected with services performed on behalf of staff or any person pursuant to this agreement.
  • Application and payment of fees do not constitute agreement until the State Board of Equalization permit number or Non-Seller written Statement explaining exemption is provided.
  • General All Vendor Rules:

    • All vendors are responsible for their own insurance and must provide proof of liability per Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation requirements.
    • All booths must be staffed for the duration of both festival days. The festival will continue "Rain or Shine". In the event of an emergency, vendors need to make arrangements with a Chamber Director to vacate premises.
    • Any vendors who depart early or do not staff their booth for the duration of the festival will not be allowed to participate the following year.
    • Each Vendor will provide two SEPARATE Certificates of Liability naming Quartz Hill Chamber of Commerce and Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation
  • • Vendor placement requests may be submitted and will be considered, however NO
    GUARANTEES can be given due to multiple factors that determine the plot plan. We
    appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance.
  • Food Vendor Additional Rules

  • • All Food vendors are required to obtain a permit from the Los Angeles County Health
    Department for this Event and include a copy with the application. Permits can be
    obtained through the Los Angeles County Public Health Department Website:
    http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/eh/about/permit.htm
  • • Food Vendors must provide their appropriate Fire Extinguisher Protection for the
    event. If Non-Compliant,their participation in the event will be suspended until
    compliance.
  • • Food Vendors must tarp under their booth area(s) and be completely cleaned of trash,
    cooking oil, etc. to qualify for the cleaning deposit refund
  • •Food Vendors MUST present a detailed menu of their products which will be compared
    to other vendors.
    -Duplication is not permitted for food items.
    -Menus will be subject to approval and any changes or requests must be
    submitted prior to the event
    -Should Food Vendors present other items which were not approved on their
    original menu, they will be requested to cease.
    -If they do not comply they will be required to leave the festival

  • Please remember to be courteous to your fellow vendors and the Quartz Hill Chamber
    Representatives. Respect your neighbors and keep your booth contents within your purchased space. Vendors will need to provide their own ez-ups/canopies, tables,chairs and weights/sandbags to secure the ez-ups/canopies against the Antelope Valleywinds. Overnight security will be provided to patrol, observe and secure the event andits facilities. It is our primary goal for everyone involved to have a successful event andcome together for the community. We appreciate your participation and contribution

  • CERTIFICATION OF EXEMPTION AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE

  • I certify that in the performance of the work described in this Agreement, I shall not drive a motor vehicle to perform the required services.
  • I also certify that, if in the future, should I drive to perform work pursuant to this Agreement, I shall immediately obtain Automobile Liability insurance coverage and provide the County of Los Angeles with a certificate of insurance as evidence that I am in compliance with the Agreement.

  • I certify that in the performance of the work described in this Agreement, I shall not employ any person in any manner so as to become subject to State or Federal Workers' Compensation laws.
  • I also certify that, if in the future, I should employ persons to perform work pursuant to this Agreement in a manner that makes me subject to State or Federal Workers' Compensation laws, I shall immediately obtain Workers' Compensation insurance coverage and provide the County of Los Angeles with a certificate of insurance as evidence that I am in compliance with such laws.
