Volunteer Duties
Volunteers will assist with the following tasks:
✅ Set-Up: Decorating the space, setting up tables and chairs, setting up bar, setting up check-in table, helping prepare raffle drawings (sorting tickets, staging prizes), assisting vendors with load-in, and other tasks (as needed).
✅ During Event: Greeting guests and directing them throughout the space, staffing check in-table, selling raffle tickets and casino “funny money,” working with the event photographer to record guest names, bussing used cups and plates and managing trash throughout the event, supporting raffle announcements and prize distribution, and serving as floaters to respond to real-time needs.
✅ Clean-Up: Breaking down tables, chairs, and casino game stations, packing up bar and cocktail supplies, taking out trash and recycling, sweeping floors and restoring space, removing decorations, organizing and storing supplies for future events and assisting vendors with load-out.
