By submitting this form, I agree to accept general liability for the participation of my child in Stealth Track Club and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stealth Track Club, its owner, Board of Directors, officers, coaches, staff, and any other person, group, or sponsors who have provided goods or services to the organization.

I authorize medical treatment of the aforementioned minor by a qualified and licensed medical professional in the event that a delay could be detrimental, after reasonable effort has been made to contact me. This consent applies for the duration of the 2026 Stealth Track Club season.

Rules & Acknowledgements
I understand and agree to abide by all rules and by-laws set forth by Stealth Track Club, the Southwest Association, and USATF.I understand it is my responsibility to ensure my child is on time for practices, track meets, and scheduled events.I understand a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times when the participant is at practices, meets, or events.I understand the participant must complete the full scheduled season in order to receive awards at the end of the season.I understand participation in Stealth Track Club fundraisers is required.I understand it is my responsibility to inform Stealth Track Club staff of any changes in contact information.I understand fees must be paid in full before uniforms are issued and before participation in track meets.

The registration fee is $300. This includes USATF Membership and uniform. Payments can be made via CashApp at $StealthTrackClub OR Zelle: (817) 353-4595
I acknowledge that I the registration fee is due by March 1st, 2026 or my child's registration will be forfeited. If you are registering after March 1st, 2026 you have seven (7) days to complete the registration fee or your child's registration will be forfeited.
