    APPLICATION
  • The Inspira Award recognizes an early-career association professional who has demonstrated strong potential for continued success through a clear passion for and commitment to their association and the association profession.

  • Eligibility

    • Sustained, positive contributions over a period of three to five years.
    • Experience must be current and demonstrated within an association, nonprofit organization, or association management company.
    • The three to five years of experience do not need to be with the same association, nonprofit organization, or association management company.
    • Members of the Association Latinos (AL) Board, the AL Awards & Recognition Committee, awards judges, and past recipients of this award are not eligible to participate.
    • Members of the AL Board, the AL Awards & Recognition Committee are not eligible to endorse others.
