  • Membership Overview

    The Facial Membership provides the Client with one (1) facial service per month based on the selected membership tier. Membership services are valid only for the enrolled Client and are non-transferable.Membership pricing is discounted in exchange for commitment. Benefits and inclusions are subject to availability.
  • Minimum Commitment Term

    All Facial Memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment beginning on the membership start date. Memberships automatically renew after the initial commitment. A minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to billing is required to pause or cancel. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis through Square. A minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to the next billing date is required to pause or cancel. Requests made after this window will apply to the following billing cycle. All membership charges are non-refundable.
  • Appointment Rollover Policy

    One (1) appointment rollover is permitted during the initial three (3) month commitment period only.The rollover allows one unused monthly facial to be carried forward and redeemed at a later date, subject to availability.Only one rollover total is allowed during the initial commitment period. Any additional unused appointments will be forfeited. After the commitment period, if the Client is unable to attend their monthly appointment, the Client is responsible for pausing or canceling the membership 5 days prior to billing. If a pause or cancellation request is not received within the required notice period, the upcoming billing cycle will process as scheduled. The included service will remain available to use within the membership terms and rollover policy
  • Cancellation, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

    A rollover credit will not be applied in the event of: Same-day appointment cancellation, or No-show appointments Same-day cancellations and no-shows are considered redeemed services and are not eligible for credit, refund, or rollover. If the Client cancels the membership before completing the required three (3) month commitment, the Client may not qualify for future membership programs offered by the business. Membership payments are non-refundable for missed appointments, or early cancellation.
  • Billing Authorization

    Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.Major holidays are unavailable for booking, including but not limited to: New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas The business may be unavailable for up to twenty (20) days per calendar year due to vacations, training, illness, or other business closures.These blackout dates do not qualify for refunds, credits, or membership cancellation. Memberships are billed on a recurring basis through Square. A minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to the next billing date is required to pause or cancel. Requests made after this window will apply to the following billing cycle. All membership charges are non-refundable.
  • Membership Modifications

    The business reserves the right to modify membership pricing, services, or availability with advance notice. Active members will retain current terms during the committed period when applicable.
